She had a Successful Chat

I didn't get to participate because I was babysitting Henry Bakerson as he interviewed Mother for today's event on the Choices Meant for Gods Online Book Tour. He's a good man (sometimes) and cares very much for Mother, so I didn't have much to worry about, but, just to be safe…

So my fantasy author, Sandy Lender, chatted away at Marcus Williford's chat room last night about villains and snakes and how Jamieson Drake got his name. Several of the folks in attendance were Duran Duran fans. (Funny how that keeps happening…) A couple of the folks were fellow writers. One gal sought information on the theme, "What makes the perfect villain?" And, lastly, but most importantly, Sandy reports that the winner of the contest from the chat was the quick and attentive Paige Roberts from Texas. Paige will be receiving an autographed copy of Choices Meant for Gods and one of the cloth bags Sandy ordered with the book's cover on it.

Now, if you'd like your opportunity to chat with my author and try to win a copy of my bride's story, the next online chat is scheduled for Wednesday, tomorrow, at 8 p.m. eastern, at http://www.authorisland.com/. The theme is "What makes the perfect heroine?" and you can bet I'll be present for that one. I must know what everyone is saying about Amanda, because, as you know, she is the perfect heroine. (How would that offend anyone? She is perfect.) I look forward to chatting with everyone.

In the meantime, you can see Kora Taiman's excellent interview at http://friendsofdragons.wordpress.com/ all day today. Feel free to leave questions or comments for her or Henry. They'll both check in throughout the day. And you can order the book at http://www.amazon.com/Choices-Meant-Gods-Sandy-Lender/dp/1595071652/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/102-9883296-3024969?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1182722132&sr=8-1.
